I now live in one of the nicest suburbs in Texas – Highland Park, TX a part of Dallas, TX and I will tell you emphatically that Hilltop Lakes Country Club is the land of milk & honey. I know the Hill Country and it is nice, but its NOW crowded, overpriced, overtaxed, congested, overrun with big city tourists, lots and lots of traffic. Out here in Hilltop Lakes Country Club, you will have only peace and quiet or you can choose to attend lots of events, great schools, the friendliest people, the lowest cost of any Country Club golf, lake and tennis club I know of in Texas.
- Cash sales only, however, financing is available on some properties (20% down, 6% int. 2 years or less – payed off).
